24-hr Notice & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation & rescheduling window: We kindly request that any cancellation or rescheduling be made at least 24hrs prior to the appointment. This allows us to offer the spot to other customers who may be waiting for an opening.


  • Cancellation & rescheduling fee: If a cancellation or rescheduling is made within the 24hr-window, you will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service requested. This fee helps cover the costs associated with your appointment. 


  • Cancellation & rescheduling process: Please contact us at (952) 236-9322 as soon as possible. Provide us with all the necessary information, and the reason for cancelling or rescheduling. We will do our best to accommodate you.


  • No show policy: If you do not show for your appointment, you will have 24hrs from the time of your appointment to call us back with a reason why. If you do not call us within the time-frame, you will be subject to paying 100% of the service requested. 


  • Exceptions: We understand that unexpected things occur, and we are open to making exceptions in cases of emergencies. Reach out to us and we’ll find a solution.

Release Waiver Policy

MATTED PETS

The grooming of matted pets can pose certain risks, including but not limited to:

  • Skin irritation or injury due to the removal of mats.
  • Potential for cuts, nicks, or abrasions during the grooming process.
  • Stress or anxiety experienced by the pet, which may lead to aggressive behavior.

By signing Barks & Bubbles' liability release waiver, you acknowledge your understanding of these and other possible risks, and agree to our conditions regarding the grooming of matted pets.

ELDER PETS

The grooming of older pets can pose unique risks, including but not limited to:

  • Increased susceptibility to stress and anxiety.
  • Risk of injury due to reduced mobility or physical conditions.
  • Potential for underlying health issues to be exacerbated by the grooming process.

By signing Barks & Bubbles' liability release waiver, you acknowledge your understanding of these and other possible risks, and agree to our conditions regarding the grooming of elder pets.
